What makes this different than HEY COACH:

Over the last year, I discovered something unexpected about the way I mentor…

Someone who was once my student became one of my closest friends, and as the boundaries of our relationship naturally changed, so did the way I engaged with her practice. I was no longer hearing about her experiences only within the structure of mentorship. I was witnessing the questions, frustrations, breakthroughs, patterns, and growing pains as they were actually happening.

And that allowed me to offer something different: my wisdom more candidly, more directly, and with a much deeper understanding of the whole of her practice.

At one point, she reflected that this kind of guidance had helped her progress and evolve in ways that felt even more fulfilling than our traditional mentorship had. That observation stayed with me.

It made me reconsider what mentorship could look like.

This program grew from that realization.

To be clear: you are not purchasing my friendship. This is still a professional mentorship, with appropriate boundaries and expectations. What changes is the depth at which I am willing to know and engage with your practice.

Rather than bringing me a carefully packaged version of what happened between sessions, you are invited to let me see the practice itself—the questions that arise on an ordinary Tuesday, the experience you cannot quite interpret, the ritual that suddenly stops working, the pattern you keep repeating, the breakthrough you don’t yet recognize as a breakthrough.

Over the course of a year, I become intimately familiar with the landscape of your practice: how you work, where you struggle, what you avoid, what comes naturally to you, where your discernment is strong, and where you may still be getting in your own way.

That context allows me to offer something I simply cannot offer through occasional sessions: continuity.

I can recognize patterns across months rather than moments. I can challenge you when I believe you are avoiding something. I can tell you candidly when I disagree with your interpretation. I can help you navigate difficulties while they are happening rather than reconstructing them weeks later. And I can watch your practice evolve as a whole rather than encountering it in isolated pieces.

This is also why I am accepting so few people.

This level of mentorship requires attention. It requires me to remember the details, notice the changes, understand the larger arc of your development, and give your practice the intellectual, spiritual, and emotional consideration it deserves.

I do not want to offer the illusion of intimacy at scale.

If I am going to know your practice this deeply, I want to have the time and capacity to actually know it.

This mentorship gives me the context to understand the practitioner you are becoming. - BELLA

- Session zero is required and doesn’t count towards your training months. // in this session I’ll ask you lots of questions, so I may get a feel for where you’re at in your practice. This way I can build the right course for you. 

- Payments are up front or broken in half, must be paid in full by the end of course. Payments are accepted on site via credit/debit card - via - invoice/ Etsy/ PayPal or Venmo.

- Session schedule is flexible, I like to meet bi-weekly to give you time to work on homework.  If you need to move sessions or assignments that is OK.
